S01E02 opens where S01E01 leaves off with Elliot (Rami Wellick) standing before Tyrell Wellick (Martin Wallström) and "11 of our most annoying lawyers". Wellick offers Elliot a position as Head of Evil Corp's cyber security division. Elliot replies "Can I ... can I think about it?"

While the exterior of "Evil Corp" was filmed outside 135 E 57th St New York, NY 10022 (the corner of Lexington and E 57th St) the interior of this Evil Corp scene was filmed on the 46th floor of Trump Soho inside the SoHi Meeting Room.
